FescoSheds are made with a pressure-treated floor using 3/4" pressure-treated plywood over pressure-treated 2x4's spaced 12" on center, not 16" like others are made. This enables our FescoSheds to carry more weight inside, and more is better!


FescoSheds don't have any particle board that swells up or peels apart in the moisture. FescoSheds have DuraTemp or LP Smartside siding, not Texture 111 like others. DuraTemp is stronger and holds up better in the elements. FescoSheds can also be made with vinyl siding, which is installed over plywood, not particle board.


FescoSheds and Baby Barns are flexible. Any size is possible. We’ve built FescoSheds and Baby Barns small enough to hold a garbage can, up to garages and carriage houses that you can park cars on the ground floor and have an office on the 2nd story.


And not only that, FescoSheds and Baby Barns are built to last. We use 25-year shingles on the roof. In over 40 years of building sheds, we haven’t had a FescoShed or Baby Barn blow down in one of the many wind storms and hurricanes that hit our area. You can also upgrade to a metal roof for even greater longevity.
