Ours versus theirs

this pic shows our active yards dogwood home privacy fence installed with a gate going down a slope to meet the neighbors fence. not only does the dogwood fence aesthetically look better, but structurally it beats the neighbors fence hands down. our rails are 7" wide versus the neighbors rails which are 4" wide thus requiring 3 rails to provide support instead of 2. in addition their fence sections can only be 6' wide due to the flimsy rails, while ours are 8' wide with no sag. our pickets are not only tongue and groove but include glide lock which snaps the pickets together so they don't get blown out. the neighbors have simple tongue and groove pickets which are easily blown out by winds. so who got the better job?
